“1. The positive side of Congressional incumbency is that those who have already served on Congress have a much easier time when going through re-election and campaigning. However, for those trying to become a Congress member for the first time, it makes their campaigning almost impossible, and their campaigns are much more limited.
2. Term limits would definitely make incumbency much more fair for those campaigning and for those trying to become a part of Congress for the first time. Term limits would ensure that not one person is able to serve for too long of a time and allow new people to run for Congress.”
